Sylvia Lim is an internal audit, risk management and governance professional with more than 20 years of experience across corporate, financial services and advisory environments. She has also spent over a decade designing and delivering professional training programmes in risk, internal audit, compliance, communication and AI-related topics.
Drawing on her experience in decision making, governance and human judgement, Sylvia developed the DECODA Decision Clarity Architecture (DCA) to help individuals and organisations strengthen decision quality in an increasingly AI-augmented world.
